Channel Partners can choose their level of involvement—whether by owning the customer relationship, delegating to Aruga, or adopting a flexible hybrid approach. This model is particularly suited for MSPs with an established customer base.
Partner Introduction Fee: This model offers a finder’s fee, where a percentage of the total contract value is returned to the partner depending on their sales volume. In this model, Aruga fully manages and delivers the service directly to the customer.
